Hannah Chappette, CEO and Founder of Hybr—known as “Your Rental Matchmaker”—has been named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30, spotlighted by The Times as one of the 25 most inspiring people under 30 in the UK and Ireland (2024), and as a “PropTech Awards & Urban Living Impact Rising Star."

Hannah was also recognised as a Great British Entrepreneur Award Finalist, and celebrated “Disrupter of the Year” award with Montagu Evans.

While studying at the University of Bristol, Hannah experienced firsthand the anxiety of navigating the rental market without trusted resources. Driven by this challenge, she launched Hybr in 2020 to transform the way young people rent. Recognising that landlords and agents control much of the rental journey, Hannah introduced Hybr Lettings Management Software—an innovative solution aimed at creating transparency and efficiency for every stakeholder in the rental process.
